Admissions Fees – Non-Refundable

• Registration fee is 200 OMR for all classes and is non-refundable.
• Uniform, books and notebook fee is 100 OMR which is non-refundable and has to be paid with registration fee.

Discount Policy

• Avail cash discount of 100 OMR by paying total annual fee amount in advance, before the end of June
• A reduction of 50 RO is given for each siblings (3 or more siblings 100 RO for each)
• Any request for a discount must be in written and can only be approved by the School Board. 
• All discounts must be mentioned on “Student Registration Form”, otherwise it is not applicable
• Any other discount will only be applicable on your last installment, and will be given accordingly and proportionally.
• If the student leaves school prior to completing his/her academic year none of the discounts are applicable.                                                                               

School Fee Policy

• All fees are payable in Omani Rials via bank transfer, cash or cheque. Cheques payable to Al Mawaleh Private School. Cash payments or payments via bank cards are accepted in the School Account Office.
• School fees are inclusive of tuition.
• School transportation fee is not included.
• Buses to areas are subject to the availability of a minimum of 70% of students in the buses.
• Request to change the bus due to change of destination will only be considered depending on the availability of seat in that bus.
• All fees to be cleared as per the installment time mentioned on the Registration Form.
• Tuition Fee is intended for the entire school year, and in case of a student’s withdrawal from the school at the beginning of any semester, full payment for the said semester is still payable.
• As per the MOE directive, if the fee is transferred through bank, receipt of payment has to be furnished to the school accountant.
• Delayed payment of fees will result in financial penalties and legal action will be taken by the school. After three months delay. all discounts will be cancelled.
• School provides learning support to students, who have learning difficulties (also for Kalemon classes for non-Arabs or if student needs extra Arabic support) at an additional fee of OMR 300 for a year.
• Parent/Guardian will be liable for costs incurred by a student, damaging school property.
• If the number of students is less than 24, class can be mixed.
• Minimum number of students should be 10 or more for each class
• For KG Classes Breakfast is provided and included
• KG students who stay later than 12:15 noon must register for after school club at a fee of OMR 300 for a year. This fee is additional and has to be paid with tuition fee.
